This morning started out with a meeting with one of the producers, Kevin. There was a job that was given by American Century Investments to redo their end tag. It had originally been done by another motion graphics house, but they didn't like it so wanted us to redo it. There were strict guidelines that the tree logo could not be altered in anyway (ie the branches grown to form it. The only animation that could be done with the tree would be to zoom or fade it. Here are the boards I came up with.

I wanted to stay with the clean style that had been established, but at the same time make it as dynamic as possible(they like the look of combining fonts.

design considerations:
font,caps(beginning/all), shape, transition, color, font size, knockout, lines/shapes









Ben took a look at some of the boards and gave better direction. From this direction I created two final boards.
